This cancellation policy applies to all bookings made directly through our website or partner platforms. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
2. Cancellation by the guest

Free cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.

Free cancellation within 2 weeks to 3 days before arrival: No charges will be applied for cancellations made during this period.

Cancellation 1 day before arrival or “No-Show”: For cancellations made within 1 day before arrival or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Early departure: In the event of an early departure, the full amount for the pre-booked stay period will be charged.
3. Modifications to the booking
Changes to the stay dates are possible via telephone or email, subject to availability.
4. Cancellation by the property owner
In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund of the paid amount within 10 days.
5. Refund policy

Refunds for canceled reservations will be processed within 10 days from the cancellation date.

Refunds will be issued exclusively via the original payment method used.
6. Force majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), such as natural disasters, pandemics, travel bans, or similar situations, the cancellation policy may be adjusted. Guests will be offered flexible solutions, including the possibility to change stay dates at no additional cost.
